Collaborate with your team to gain experience in real-world customer environments, making a tangible impact

Designing and delivering technology solutions to help Cisco customers achieve their business goals

Develop your consulting skills while working with diverse customers in retail, healthcare, education, and the public/private sectors to craft and implement the right technical solutions for their business needs

Required

Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College), or currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Relevant fields include: in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering

Knowledge of IT systems, networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, network devices and applications, and the OSI model

Proficient in Python, REST APIs, Automation

Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship

Ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a inclusive team environment and work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to solve technical problems

Willingness to address new challenges and develop new skills

Preferred

Awareness and general understanding of how consumer applications work over the internet (e.g., Browser, Voice/Video calls, Social Networks, Streaming etc.)

Comfortable with Data Analysis, crafting visualizations such as graphs and heatmaps
