Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to offer acceptance

Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, job requirements, and candidate profiles

Develop creative sourcing techniques and build pipelines of top-tier engineering talent

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Establish and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics for continuous improvement

Collaborate with our marketing team to build and execute talent branding initiatives (blogs, events, meetups)
