Responsibilities

Ensuring the policy documents of the office are coordinated, up-to-date, and accurately reflect the existing business processes of the office

Working across the organization to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness

Supporting Organizational Leadership in developing and executing a communication plan

Helping to manage the functions of the Front Office

Qualification

TS/SCI with PolygraphTechnical documentationMicrosoft OfficeCritical thinkingInterpersonal skillsTeamwork

Required

Requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph

5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's degree in related technical area or equivalent experience

Experience editing and writing reports/documents

Demonstrated experience creating, reviewing and maintaining documentation for both technical and end-user audiences

Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships, encourage teamwork, and promote cooperation

Ability to coordinate and synthesize information from multiple sources

Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically - Must possess diplomatic, tactful, and strong interpersonal and professional skills to resolve difficult issues

Experience with Microsoft Office software (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and SharePoint)
