Responsibilities
Provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to the Directorate of Materiel (DOM) leadership
Manages synchronization of taskings, deliverables, and staffing actions across all DOM divisions
Tracks suspense, reviews products for quality and compliance, and supports production of AROC/JROC, SPAR, and POM materials
Coordinates meeting schedules, metrics, and decision briefs for senior leader review
Serves as the central point of contact for DOM reporting, workflow, and SharePoint management
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how the HQDA staff works and how the various organizations and components with the HQDA secretariat and staff interact
