Responsibilities

The administrative coordinator would provide secretarial, administrative, budgetary, and clerical support to the activity of the Center for Social Norms and Behavioral Dynamics and ensure effective and efficient daily office operations
Details include organizing events and conferences, maintaining files and databases, corresponding with other departments at the university, and handling hiring logistics for new staff including visa administration
They would also do work on post-award grant budget administration, dealing with travel logistics and reimbursements for our Director, handle overseeing the Center’s two student workers, and website maintenance

Required

HS Degree with 5 to 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required
Bachelor's degree and previous experience in an administrative support role strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with planning events and conference logistics

Preferred

Experience working with (e.g., designing, updating) websites
Experience working with and tracking budgets especially with grants
Experience in standard Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
