On-site and remote access support for laboratory and production process testing instruments
Service activities must be performed within established ISO certified policies and procedures and documented accordingly
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training as needed to meet customers’ needs

Required

Solid electro-mechanical technical abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
Preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, corrective service and telephones
On-site and remote access support for laboratory and production process testing instruments
Service activities must be performed within established ISO certified policies and procedures and documented accordingly
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training as needed to meet customers' needs
Knowledge of calibration and electronic test equipment is strongly desired
General software knowledge a must (Win10, Win11, MS Office365)
Ability to travel up to 65-70%, domestically and internationally with a valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past 3+ years
Applicants must possess US work authorization and be able to acquire a US passport

Preferred

Associate's degree in electrical or equivalent work / military experience is preferred along with a minimum of 5 years related field service support
Experience with network support, computer repair and OS restoration as well as software configuration is preferred
