Mid LevelIntePros is seeking a skilled Engineer II to support critical operational applications and environments. The role involves maintaining system data, supporting real-time control applications, and collaborating with field teams to ensure accurate modeling and commissioning of equipment.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update control system databases, including modeling of system topology
Coordinate with field personnel to update databases, refresh operating displays, and commission field equipment that communicates with real-time control applications
Provide daily support by responding to operator, field, and end-user needs
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or display discrepancies that affect operational performance
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to prioritize and complete deadline-driven work
Facilitate weekly updates with operations teams and relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with SCADA and/or EMS systems is required
Strong experience with Windows operating systems; working knowledge of Linux is also beneficial
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and diagrams
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams and leadership
Preferred
Experience with relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL, Postgres) is highly preferred
Experience using commercial control system platforms (e.g., Hitachi/ABB, GE, OSI) is a plus
Familiarity with control room or field operations environments is desired
