Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement complex, scalable web applications and APIs

Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the development team

Make high-level technical decisions regarding frameworks, tools, and infrastructure

Drive efforts to improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and security

Lead technical planning, estimation, and execution for major product initiatives

Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Coordinate across teams to identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality engineering standards

Build responsive UI components

Mentor junior and mid-level developers to elevate technical proficiency

Provide guidance on design patterns, code structure, and problem solving

Help shape the engineering culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
