They are seeking a Construction Management Intern to assist with office and field activities, gaining exposure to the project lifecycle and supporting major clients.

Responsibilities

Assisting with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation

Supporting quantity takeoffs and cost estimating activities

Reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs

Tracking project progress and helping maintain logs (submittals, RFIs, change orders)

Interacting with subcontractors and vendors to support project needs

Participating in site walks, field inspections, and project meetings

Supporting close-out activities and organization of turnover packages

Learning and using construction management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam

Qualification

Required

Actively enrolled in an accredited Engineering, Construction Management, or related program

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; attention to detail is essential

Familiarity with construction documents, estimating software, and Excel-based cost models

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

May 2027 Graduation preferred

Basic understanding of construction means and methods, low-voltage systems, or interior buildouts, a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit
