Own a personal quota tied to named strategic enterprise EM/photonics/RF accounts
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close
Build deep relationships with senior engineering leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
Establish a data-driven sales culture using KPIs and analytics
Own the EM-specific GTM strategy for Tidy3D
Deliver compelling technical-business value propositions for Tidy3D

Required

10+ years enterprise SaaS/technology/EDA/CAE sales
Proven success closing large EM, photonics, RF, or semiconductor enterprise deals
3-6 years leading or mentoring quota-carrying teams
Strong understanding of EM simulation concepts
Highly data-driven with strong forecasting and KPI discipline
Exceptional communicator with both technical and C-suite audiences
