Responsibilities

Support assigned department to deliver meaningful work that advances business initiatives related to the implementation of A.I. initiatives for the firm
Collaborate with work team members on focused projects, data input, data analysis, process documentation, and recordkeeping
Participate in internal and external meetings to develop an aptitude for their field of study and business acumen
Observe confidentiality in all client and Firm matters
Collaborate with other departments and summer interns, where applicable
Other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program to receive college course credits
Pursuing a degree in fields of study that aligns with the following departments: Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, and Legal Operations
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when performing work functions
Ability to proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors
Strong interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate in person, by email, phone, and virtually
Ability to follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff
Provide timely and accurate information with ordinary courtesy and tact
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computer, copiers, phones, and scanning equipment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Have completed their foundation year (at least 24 credits)
Enrolled in a 2-4 year undergraduate degree program at time of internship
Available to participate for 10 consecutive weeks
