Sr. Social Media Analyst

As a Sr. Social Media Analyst, you will lead the growth and enhancement of influencer and social media programs for a major retail client, utilizing your expertise in analytics to derive insights and inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

You’ll work with the Head of Research and Strategy Lead to design measurement frameworks that reflect a deep understanding of the metrics available in each social platform and the strengths and limitations of our measurement tools
You'll dive deep into social audits and influencer analysis for our clients, surfacing the insights that matter
You evaluate influencer impact across cultural relevance, long-term equity, and community trust
You'll create visually stunning and intuitive reports that detail how campaigns performed, what worked, what didn't, and why
You'll be our early warning system for brand and talent reputation issues
You'll evaluate new social measurement tools and third-party vendors to find the best solutions for our needs
Apply AI tools for optimization, content evaluation, trend detection, and performance opportunities

Required

Strong background in influencer and social media analytics
Ability to stay ahead of fast-changing social media algorithms and analytic tools
Understanding of managing organic and paid influencer campaigns as it relates to measurement
Expertise to unearth deep insights and unique narratives from data
Design measurement frameworks that reflect a deep understanding of metrics available in each social platform
Ensure measurement approach stands up to scrutiny and reflects sound judgment
Fluency in influencer metrics by analyzing performance data and translating it into clear, actionable learnings and recommendations
Develop benchmarks, identify KPIs, set goals, and educate the broader team
Evaluate influencer impact across cultural relevance, long-term equity, and community trust
Create visually stunning and intuitive reports detailing campaign performance
Track metrics and talent performance over time to spot trends and patterns
Present insights to clients and leadership
Monitor sentiment in real time and flag potential crises
Evaluate new social measurement tools and third-party vendors
Handle onboarding and manage ongoing relationships with vendors
Apply AI tools for optimization, content evaluation, trend detection, and performance opportunities
