Respond to and work with Clients during the eviction process
Frequently attend Small Claims Court and District Court for Summary Ejectment matters
Represent clients in most counties within North Carolina
Qualification
Required
Is a North Carolina licensed attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the areas of landlord/tenant dispute resolution
Can confidently appear before Small Claims and District Court
Is an independent thinker with the ability to research and analyze information to help move a case forward
Can develop strategies and report case updates
