Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partners For Quality, Inc. is a private, non-profit social services organization providing community-based supports and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruitment for open positions, collaborate with hiring managers, and engage in various recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis to proactively identify hiring needs
Sources talent by using electronic job boards, career fairs, social media and other sourcing avenues to develop a pool of qualified candidates to fill vacancies
Manages the open positions and candidate flows of assigned requisitions
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct phone screens to keep shortlists of qualified candidates
Conduct interviews for a wide range of candidates; assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience
Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process
Extend offers for employment; coordinate all post offers and pre-employment requirements
Participation in orientation process of new employees, follow through until orientation process is completed
Participation in recruitment events, including but not limited to job fairs, career days, information sessions and community events
Assist with tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Active involvement with rewards, recognition, and retention activities
Other related duties as may be required

Required

High School Diploma (or GED) and three (3) years recruiting experience or relevant experience in the field
Must have proficient computer skills
Must have good customer service, interpersonal skills and organization skills
Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member
Valid Driver's License and use of vehicle
Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
Excellent references, both personal and professional

Preferred

Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources Management or a Human Services related field
Experience working within the non-profit or Human Services sector
Experience working within Applicant Tracking (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
