As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for elderly residents in long-term care facilities, ensuring continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare providers.

Provide evaluation
Establish different diagnosis, i.e., Alzheimer's vs. Parkinson's vs. Vascular
Provide cognitive assessments
Provide condition-specific support therapy or when indicated, insight-based therapy
Coordinate the patient's care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated
Qualification
Required
An active state Psychologist license
Passion for the geriatric population
Interest in neurobehavioral science
Desire to make a difference in a population struggling with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other neurodegenerative disorders
Preferred
An HSPP is preferred in applicable states
