Responsibilities
Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
Use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and performance
Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle’s dashboard
Deliver projects within 48–72 hours, balancing quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
Maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer
Ability to build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
Proficiency in using Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
Ability to optimize sites for SEO, speed, and performance
Ability to translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
Ability to collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle's dashboard
Ability to deliver projects within 48–72 hours, balancing quality and efficiency
Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
Ability to maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure
Motivated Webflow Developer who loves building clean, functional, and scalable websites
Portfolio (minimum 5 Webflow projects)
Ability to start immediately
Preferred
Experience with GSAP
Experience with Finsweet
Experience with custom animation work within Webflow
Availability to collaborate during EU-CET or US-EST business hours
