National Enrollment Director (Sales)
Universal Accounting Center is a national leader in post secondary vocational training specializing in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory certifications. They are seeking a National Enrollment Director to drive sales and enroll students into their certification programs through consultative telephone sales. The role involves managing leads, conducting calls, and guiding prospects in their certification paths.
Responsibilities
Sell UAC certification programs directly to prospective students
Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails, texts, and video calls
Guide prospects in choosing the certification path that fits their goals
Enroll students into programs including: Professional Bookkeeper Certification, Professional Tax Preparer Certification, QuickBooks Specialist Certification, Profit and Growth Expert Certification, CFO and Advisory Certification
Explain how each program leads to certification, client revenue, and business growth
Deliver structured, consultative sales presentations
Use a proven script while personalizing it to each prospect
Manage follow ups, pipeline activity, and CRM tasks
Stay coachable, follow a proven system, and help improve it
Qualification
Required
Strong self management, discipline, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
2 plus years of successful consultative telephone sales experience
Solid CRM ability and computer proficiency 30 plus WPM
Reliable internet and a reliable computer system
Excellent questioning, listening, and communication skills
Ability to follow and personalize a proven script
Highly organized, competitive, and consistent with follow up
Coachable, adaptable, and driven to master a proven sales system
A quiet, distraction free workspace for outbound calling and enrollment conversations
Windows 10 plus or macOS 10.15 plus
Intel 8th Gen processor or AMD equivalent
8 GB RAM minimum
1 Mbps up and down internet
Personal computer and headset required
Preferred
Experience selling high ticket programs in the $2,000 to $10,000 range preferred
B2C sales experience strongly preferred
Experience selling intangibles such as education, training, or certifications is a plus
