Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) and driving the revenue cycle transformation efforts: aligning process, technology, and stakeholders to ensure coordination across functional teams, including implementation of technology solutions for revenue cycle

Act as the client-facing point of contact: work with internal teams (product, consulting, support) and external stakeholders

Define business requirements, current-state/future-state workflows for revenue cycle, and manage deployment/integration, testing, go-live and optimization

Provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle projects: tracking deliverables, manage scope, timelines, drive alignment between business operations & technology

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health informatics, business, or related field

3- 5+ years experience in revenue cycle implementation/management within Oracle Health, specially OHPAC and Soarian Financials

Hands-on experience with Oracle Health revenue cycle solutions and workflows

Strong project management, communication skills, ability to engage with leadership and technical teams
