Responsibilities
Resolve invoice disputes related to incorrect POs, tax issues, and web invoicing by collaborating with customers, project administrators, account managers, and the tax team
Collect on aging receivables and ensure timely payments
Assist with new account setups in Salesforce, including inviting customers to complete credit applications and following up as needed
Follow up with customers for purchase orders on completed service work
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
0–2 years of financial and/or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and accurately document customer information
Familiarity with collections policies and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other computer applications
