Lead/StaffSub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances and is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer for their Fabrication Business Unit. The role involves programming CNC equipment, overseeing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with design and quality engineering to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities
Program CNC equipment including flat sheet laser cutters, press brakes, turret punch presses, panel benders, 5-axis routers, and custom automated coil-fed equipment
Oversee the process of manufacturing FAI sample parts, prototypes, and production trial runs
Troubleshoot program and tooling issues alongside machine operators and maintenance technicians
Develop production routings, time standards, bill of materials (BOMs) and work instructions
Work with design and quality engineering to improve manufacturing drawings and inspection plans as part of new product introductions and continuous improvement projects
Help achieve cost reduction and material utilizations targets
This position requires 6 to 12 days of domestic travel for training over the first 4 months
Qualification
Required
Experience programming CNC equipment including flat sheet laser cutters, press brakes, turret punch presses, panel benders, 5-axis routers, and custom automated coil-fed equipment
Ability to oversee the process of manufacturing FAI sample parts, prototypes, and production trial runs
Skills to troubleshoot program and tooling issues alongside machine operators and maintenance technicians
Experience developing production routings, time standards, bill of materials (BOMs) and work instructions
Ability to work with design and quality engineering to improve manufacturing drawings and inspection plans as part of new product introductions and continuous improvement projects
Capability to help achieve cost reduction and material utilization targets
Willingness to travel domestically for training (6 to 12 days over the first 4 months)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check
