Content & Multimedia Creator
The City of West Allis is seeking a Content and Multimedia Creator to serve as their lead storyteller and creative voice. This role involves developing written, visual, and multimedia content to support various campaigns and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities
Produce engaging and relevant content, including website content, interviews, graphics, print materials, photos and videos, to showcase our municipal services, values, and culture across various platforms
Develop visually appealing marketing and engagement assets including organic and paid social graphics, departmental collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and other outreach materials
Develop visually appealing and shareable content, including images and graphics, to enhance online presence and engagement
Coordinate and conduct interviews with key personnel, residents, SMEs and partners to gather insights and create impactful content
Plan, script, record, and edit videos to be used for social media, website, marketing, training, and promotional purposes
Pursue content capturing in the field, out in the community, and by actively engaging with stakeholders and partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
2–3 years of experience in a professional marketing environment, either on an in-house team or at an agency
Adobe suite proficiency required
Portfolio of samples of client-based multimedia and content deliverables required with completed application
Preferred
Motion design/animation & illustration experience preferred
Agency experience preferred
