Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day tasks and communication in a fast-paced environment
Answer Questions Related to Resident Accounts
Assist with Accounts Payable Cases (upload invoices, lost vendor checks, set up new vendors, add vendor COI's)
Maintain Document Archive across all Repositories
Order Office Supplies and Break Room Beverages/Supplies
Schedule Zoom meetings for Committees
Administer Projects assigned by Management
Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
