Responsibilities

Champion regional sales strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
Inspire, develop, and coach sales professionals to reach their full potential
Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships, positioning Edmentum as the leading provider of technology-enabled learning solutions
Ensure effective use of sales systems, tools, and CRM for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Oversee regional budgets and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic objectives and drive company growth
Take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Required

at least seven years of direct sales experience
experienced sales manager in education or technology
excel at developing and maintaining executive-level customer relationships
skilled in CRM software and sales forecasting
strategic thinker with strong systems orientation
superior leader and team builder
deep knowledge of educational trends and requirements
highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive
excellent judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
adept at leading and managing change
strong business acumen and a commitment to Edmentum's mission and values
willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Preferred

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education
