Responsibilities
Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) across 18 European countries
Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management
Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives - strategically and operationally
Collaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance
Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency
Evolve and oversee channel specific marketing automation
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company
Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel, SQL (not a must)
Demonstrated experience of all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development, and ongoing optimization
Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
You are proficient in English
