Responsibilities
Review and verify financial data, processes, and business transactions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance
Evaluate internal procedures and controls to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency
Document findings clearly and provide meaningful insights that help leadership make informed decisions
Participate in ongoing monitoring and assurance activities across multiple areas of the business
Support the organization in maintaining strong operational standards and meeting regulatory expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Legal Studies, or related)
Strong attention to detail and curiosity—comfortable diving into data to understand the 'why.'
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a structured environment
Willingness to learn new systems, controls, and financial processes
Preferred
Experience in banking, financial services, paralegal work, or analytical roles is highly valued
