Responsibilities

Assist the executive team with basic administrative tasks such as shared-space calendar scheduling, travel support when needed, and processing expense reports
Manage catering for meetings and in-office gatherings, including placing orders and coordinating deliveries
Greet and check in visitors, ensure they are directed to the correct meeting location, and notify hosts promptly
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Monitor and restock office supplies; coordinate with office vendors for day-to-day needs (excluding facilities contracts)
Serve as a central point of contact for general administrative requests from employees across all three brands
Support the rollout and upkeep of office procedures and guidelines
Work closely with HR and Facilities to support onboarding, employee experience, and general office operations
Participate in the LA Connect culture team by providing ideas and executional support for engagement activities
Assist with planning and coordinating in-office events, team activities, and brand-related moments
Handle logistical tasks such as scheduling, set-up, breakdown, vendor communication, and material preparation
Ensure events stay on schedule, within budget, and support the overall culture and brand experience

Required

1–3 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, customer service, or events assistance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and proactive with a strong service mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic scheduling tools
A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with teams across the three brands
A positive mindset and enthusiasm for supporting culture, events, and a great workplace experience

Preferred

Experience working with vendors or supporting events is a plus
