Responsibilities

Manages Army robotics programs within the Human-Machine Integration portfolio, including robotic combat vehicles, sUAS, and autonomous ground systems

Provides analysis and recommendations on capability development, integration, and lifecycle sustainment

Develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing affordability, risk, and modernization priorities

Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, and ARSTAF to align robotic systems with Army autonomy and modernization strategies

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business

A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties

Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in robotic and autonomous systems, including unmanned ground and aerial platforms

Proficient in evaluating system performance, autonomy levels, payload integration, and lifecycle sustainment to support modernization and fielding priorities

Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data-driven assessments that enhance robotic capability development and operational effectiveness
