Responsibilities
Drive a proactive sourcing strategy, building diverse candidate pipelines across LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
Manage requisitions from intake to close, including screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offers
Run weekly syncs, provide market insights, and offer proactive recommendations on job descriptions, comp ranges, and candidate profiles
Deliver a best-in-class process with timely updates, clear communication, and respectful candidate interactions
Maintain ATS hygiene (Lever), leverage templates and automation, and enable clear reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill
Manage candidate expectations, communicate Machina Labs' value proposition and drive a strong offer acceptance rate
You'll own and build out our university programs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical roles (engineering, robotics, AI, or manufacturing a plus)
Ideally a mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates
Strong organizational skills with ability to support multiple roles simultaneously
Data-driven approach to tracking and improving sourcing efficiency, pipeline health, and candidate quality
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can pitch both Machina Labs' mission and the specifics of a role with credibility
Proficiency with ATS systems (Lever preferred) and sourcing tools
