Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic imaging exams and procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail
Complies with ALARA and all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care for the patient

Qualification

ARRT CertificationIEMA License in RadiologyCross-trained into CTBLS CertificationRadiology program completion

Required

Completion of a formal Radiology program with associated certificate or degree
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) registered or eligible
IEMA License in Radiology
Cross-trained into CT
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification

Preferred

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) registered or eligible Cross-trained into CT or Mammography
