Outside Sales Representative
Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider in the industrial marketplace. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to determine their pump, valve, and instrumentation needs, while managing a local territory and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
Retain current customers while developing new business, build repeat sales and manage a local territory
Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns
Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory
Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis
Responsible for setting and achieving sales target goals and marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven outside sales within the industrial marketplace
Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
Computer proficiency including MS office
Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement
Preferred
Valve-instrumentation-flow control knowledge preferred!
SAP/ERP/P-21 a plus!
