Responsibilities

Apply HR guidelines and standards in daily operations while working closely with HR colleagues and organizational leaders
Oversee the full employee lifecycle from compensation, benefits, and leave administration to performance issues, investigations, talent development, engagement, and training programs
Partner with leadership to implement the company’s talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession initiatives that drive a strong performance culture
Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall workplace satisfaction
Provide managers with expert HR guidance on people matters, policies, procedures, and HR programs, offering solutions that align with best practices
Lead HR initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation, positioning our client as an employer of choice
Manage employee relations investigations as they come up
Assist with performance management at the plant and corporate level

Required

8+ years of experience as a HR generalist, or HR Business Partner
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a related industry is required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Prior experience in HR COE focuses including employee relations, talent acquisition, organization & talent Management, and workforce planning
Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
