Sales Analyst - Temporary / Remote / Dallas-Fort Worth Area

Boochcraft is seeking an immediately available Sales Analyst to support the Sales team on a temporary basis. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for core sales analysis tasks, financial reporting, and system maintenance duties, requiring strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Build, validate, and review rolling 18-month unit and volume forecasts
Create monthly dashboards highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks
Coordinate with production to align forecasted volume with actual wholesaler orders
Track forecasts vs. actual orders in Ekos
Enter distributor orders and maintain accurate price lists in Ekos
Monitor distributor depletions, days-on-hand, rate of sale, and inventory health
Assist sales managers with accurate monthly wholesaler orders and shipment timing
Extract, cleanse, and analyze data (VIP, Nielsen, SPINS, Lilypad, Ekos) to drive decisions and track sales team MBOs
Manage allocation documents for seasonal/limited releases
Ensure product and pricing accuracy in ERP and compliance with state ABC regulations
Set up new wholesalers in VIP and manage SRS Supplier Site
Maintain Chain Mandate/Authorization dashboard
Track CPC spending, validate billbacks, and measure incentive ROI
Contribute insights to Weekly Planning Meetings
Assist the Financial Analyst with financial-reporting duties as needed, including (but not limited to): TTB Excise Tax reporting, TTB Report of Operations, Other monthly/quarterly compliance and financial schedules

Required

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, dashboards, complex formulas)
Proven analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights and selling stories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must currently reside in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth area strongly preferred)
Available to start immediately (within 1–2 weeks maximum)

Preferred

Proficiency in VIP, Ekos, Lilypad, Nielsen, SPS, and/or SPINS systems
Previous hands-on experience with TTB reporting, excise tax filings, or beverage-alcohol compliance
1-3 years of previous beverage-alcohol industry experience (beer, kombucha, RTD, wine/spirits, or craft beverage)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Existing experience in hard kombucha or craft beverage sales/financial analysis
