Responsibilities
Provide technical analyses and define system behavior, including creating operational use cases
Decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and establish verification & validation (V&V) methods
Support system architecture, design, integration, and test activities to ensure successful V&V prior to operational release
Lead a mixed team consisting of employees, subcontractors, and leased labor across all phases of Systems Engineering
Contribute to Agile software development processes and ensure engineering alignment across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience
Prior experience serving as a lead Systems Engineer in a software development environment
Experience with requirements decomposition, interface definition, and system-level V&V
Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance (required prior to start)
Ability to obtain a polygraph post-hire
