Outside Sales Representative
Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading industrial distributor with a rich history of success. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to meet their process control needs while retaining existing accounts and developing new business.
Wholesale
Responsibilities
Retain current customers while developing new business, build repeat sales and manage a local territory
Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns
Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory
Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis
Responsible for setting and achieving sales target goals and marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven outside sales within the industrial marketplace
Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
Computer proficiency including MS office
Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement
Preferred
Valve-instrumentation-flow control knowledge preferred!
SAP/ERP/P-21 a plus!
