CSE Part-Time Computational Biology Research Assistant / Trainee - Koslicki

Responsibilities

Assist with computational analysis for metagenomic studies under close supervision
Learn and apply existing algorithms for taxonomic classification and phylogenetic analysis
Support the development of bioinformatics pipelines and tools
Perform data processing and quality control for genomic datasets
Contribute to functional annotation and comparative analysis of metagenomic samples
Participate in lab meetings and learn research methodologies
Assist with training materials and documentation for lab protocols

Required
