Responsibilities
Apply expertise in strategic analytics, data mining, and analytical storytelling to understand how users interact with core products and to maximize customer satisfaction, lead performance, revenue, and product improvements
Use advanced analytics to identify trends that enable the sales team to make informed proposals
Ask strategic data questions to ensure the right problems are addressed with appropriate rigor, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to inform and recommend strategies. Influence business strategy, launches, administration, optimization, budgets, and goals while researching competitor activity, reviewing industry reports, and reporting on financial impact
Manage daily business performance metrics—including lead volumes, revenue, margins, and other key indicators—to ensure performance goals are met
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders for data-driven decisions
Assess market and competitive trends
Present findings, projections, and recommendations through compelling data-driven narratives
Plan, implement, and manage recommended initiatives and projects
Support and guide senior executive decision-making
Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an analytical role
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Analytics, Business, or similar quantitative field
Strong presentation skills
Ability to tell a story using data
Comfortable working with C-level executives
Ability to work independently
Self-starter
Pragmatic: you know the 80/20 rule, and know when to boil the ocean and when not to. The solutions you develop are understandable and implementable
Preferred
Proficient in SQL or Snowflake, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
