The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for introducing Maddox to potential clients and scheduling meetings to discuss transformer needs, while also maintaining CRM records and collaborating with the Sales team.

Responsibilities

You will be using our established outreach processes to introduce Maddox to distributors, electrical contractors, data centers, and other industrial/commercial end-users, with the goal of scheduling discovery meetings and presentations that help future customers understand how Maddox can support their transformer needs

Proactively, you will be calling prospective clients, sending outreach emails, engaging on LinkedIn, and running structured outbound sequences designed to uncover real opportunities

Your goal is to build new relationships, secure meetings, and represent Maddox in a professional, knowledgeable manner

Reactively, you will be maintaining accurate CRM records, following up with interested contacts, and collaborating closely with our Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff once a transformer opportunity is identified
