Assist with one-off projects supporting property operations
Conduct lease and contract research to support property decisions
Create and maintain databases for property-specific information
Collect and present data related to property performance and operations
Participate in property site visits with local managers to observe real-world processes

Required

Strong interest in real estate and property operations
