Strategy Sr. Manager, PFUS

Responsibilities
Build the long-term enterprise strategy of PFUS to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
Serve as the internal consulting team and business partners to PFUS and the Sr. Leadership team (including PEPNA Commercial and Digital Commerce leadership teams)
Collaborate and partner across brands, functions and divisions to drive strategic initiatives to action
Partner across other Strategy & Transformation teams and efforts worldwide as applicable
Support transformation initiatives that strengthen PepsiCo’s commercial capabilities (e.g., digital commerce acceleration, digital shelf excellence, omnichannel strategy)
Provide thought partnership to Senior Executives and business partners on a range of critical topics
Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to evaluate
Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Senior Executives while challenging the status quo
Build “Executive ready” project deliverables, including presentations for the PepsiCo Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Serve as critical member of teams consisting of Analysts, Managers, and Directors; oversee analysis and presentation materials to ensure conclusions are grounded in fact
Execute against time-sensitive requests from PepsiCo North America’s Chief Strategy & Transformation office and VP of PFUS Strategy as well as cross-functional business leaders and partners
Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends
Contribute to capability building for the Global Strategy function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
6+ years of strategy experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data
Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
Experience independently running projects
High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders
Strategy Development toolkit (common strategy frameworks, e.g., where to play & how to win, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
Financial Analysis and Excel modelling skills for building out business cases
End-to-end understanding of the Digital Commerce Landscape
Benefits
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
