The HVAC BIM Detailer will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and shop drawings for HVAC ductwork systems, coordinating with other trades, and supporting fabrication and installation processes.

Responsibilities
Create accurate 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit
Generate detailed shop drawings fabrication and installation
Use Navisworks to run clash detection and resolve conflicts with other systems
Coordinate with other trade detailers to ensure integrated designs
Communicate with design teams, contractors, project managers, and field personnel
Manage project documentation, including submittals, emails, and design changes
Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges during coordination and installation
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; Revit experience strongly preferred
Must have a strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork systems and sheet metal fabrication
Experience with Navisworks and clash detection processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Field installation experience is a plus
Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions
Must be a dependable team player with strong collaboration skills
Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
