Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum GPA of 3.2
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings clearly
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred
Prior experience in accounting, finance, or business analysis (coursework, part-time roles, or internships)
Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPs
Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, or integration work through classes or prior experience
Ability to handle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
