WYBOT is a fast-growing, innovative company leading the charge in pool tech, and they are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Specialist – Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale their B2B Program. Responsibilities

Identify and recruit qualified pool professionals into our partner program
Manage onboarding: account setup, B2B portal access, promotions, and pricing tiers
Communicate program benefits, order process, and reseller policies clearly
Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners
Share regular updates including MAP compliance, promotions, price sheets, product launches, and inventory status
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, returns, and reorders
Build strong, ongoing relationships to drive partner loyalty and repeat sales
Support partners with product education, technical know-how, and selling strategies
Lead trainings, product demos, and seasonal sales campaigns
Collaborate and/or create B2B sales materials, marketing collateral, and training tools
Collect field insights to improve messaging, materials, and partner experience
Help design and support loyalty and volume-based incentive programs
Track and analyze partner performance, order volume, and sell-through trends
Deliver actionable reporting and insights to leadership
Support forecasting and recommend program improvements

Thrives in hunting for business, relationship management, enjoys building programs from the ground up
Passionate about supporting small/medium businesses with innovative products

Preferred

2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
1+ year of experience in the pool industry
Experience with Shopify / Shopify+ (B2B) preferred or similar wholesale e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with sales workflow management and CRM tools
Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sales forecasting)
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) for simple content creation
Strong communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and can work cross-functionally
