They are seeking an MBA Intern to join their Business Operations & Strategy team, where the intern will analyze data, develop insights, and support strategic initiatives to help GoFundMe scale.

Responsibilities
Partner with Business Operations leaders on high-impact, cross-functional projects that improve how we operate and grow
Support data-driven analysis to uncover opportunities in sales, marketing, and customer success, such as funnel performance, pipeline health, or operational efficiency
Develop dashboards and reporting in Looker, Salesforce, and other tools to track KPIs and inform decision-making
Conduct deep-dive analyses across Salesforce, Snowflake, and product data to diagnose performance drivers and recommend solutions
Contribute to strategic planning processes (OKRs, QBRs, WBRs) by synthesizing insights and helping drive alignment
Build business cases and success metrics for key initiatives to evaluate impact and ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data Science) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Research industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform investment priorities and strategy
Qualification
Required
An MBA student with prior professional experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, finance, analytics, or a related field
Comfortable with data analysis and financial modeling
Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights and tell a compelling story
Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented—yet able to zoom out and connect the dots at a strategic level
Curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Excited about GoFundMe's mission and motivated to make a measurable impact on growth
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
