Responsibilities
Participates in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital
Supports the responsibility for the management of all nursing education practices, quality, risk management, and performance improvement
Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts and current leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts
Supports participation in developing and implementing strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure
Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of two-four years' experience in nursing administration
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Basic computer knowledge
