Responsibilities
Build interactive prototypes
Design and develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, live code (HTML/CSS/JS), and / or emerging technologies to explore new product concepts and interaction patterns
Work with Product and Design to turn abstract concepts into tangible prototypes that help teams evaluate usability, feasibility, and user value
Combine hands-on prototyping with clear narrative framing to communicate the “why” behind new concepts and support product strategy and alignment
Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Research to ensure prototypes and demos are grounded in user needs, technical reality, and business context
Gather feedback from cross-functional partners, refine prototypes through rapid iteration, and help teams understand tradeoffs and potential directions
Create frameworks, documentation, and reusable assets that help distributed teams build, adapt, and reuse prototypes
Build prototypes, interaction flows, and supporting artifacts used in vision presentations, internal product reviews, customer narratives, and leadership discussions
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to define and drive projects with minimal guidance, with an 'owner-operator' mindset
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven success influencing peers and leaders in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
Advanced storytelling abilities to frame concepts, align stakeholders, and communicate the value and rationale behind new ideas
Creative problem-solver who can generate innovative approaches and explore ideas that push beyond today's patterns
Experience prototyping interactive experiences using Figma, code, or emerging technologies to explore and convey product direction
Strong understanding of UI and interaction principles
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines
Self-motivated, flexible, resilient, and driven by curiosity
