Responsibilities

Drives sales and inventory performance through lifecycle visibility, vendor partnership, and execution precision
Aligns launch forecasts for new items and ensures inventory flows meet modular timing
Collaborates with suppliers on flow and supply plans, manages purchase orders, and proactively prepares for supplier disruptions
Executes allocation decisions by using inventory systems to manage limited availability
Partners on seasonal builds and promotional inventory planning to match timing and demand
Manages inventory for recalls, vendor returns, and end-of-life transitions, ensuring appropriate plans and supplier collaboration
Leads fast, focused recovery through data-driven root cause analysis and get-well execution
Identifies and resolves out-of-stock issues to maximize in-stock availability
Builds, executes, and tracks recovery plans
Corrects modular execution errors related to replenishment
Improves inventory health metrics by reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory
Monitors On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery metrics and partners with suppliers to address late or incomplete shipments
Ensures smooth product movement through the supply chain and inventory systems while meeting key performance indicators
Manages open-to-buy (OTB) and line reviews to align inventory with business goals
Ensures product flows support resets, modulars, and promotional windows
Responds to disruptions and imbalances across channels
Executes inventory distributions effectively using inventory systems
Ensures the right inventory is positioned at the right time for customers at the lowest cost
Partners across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sourcing to align inventory strategies
Proactively drives improvements in inventory health, strategic positioning, and recurring constraints
Drives the execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting performance standards, and measuring progress
Provides supervision and development opportunities by selecting, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
Builds a team-based work environment, ensuring awareness of company policies, procedures, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years' experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area
5 years' experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area

Preferred

Experience in replenishment or inventory management
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
