Consulting

Responsibilities

Defend nursing homes and medical malpractice claims
Oversee pretrial activities and trial teams

Qualification

Licensed to practice in PennsylvaniaTrial attorney experienceLong-term care experienceManagement skillsClient counseling skills

Required

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
Second license a plus (OH, WV, NY, DE, NJ)
Successful track record as a trial attorney in a relevant practice area
Management skills to oversee pretrial activities and trial teams
Proven ability to establish rapport and counsel/manage clients

Preferred

Experience in long-term care
