Senior eDiscovery Project Manager
Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Managed Services team and ensure proactive round-the-clock client support for multiple projects. The role involves managing client relationships, providing expertise in eDiscovery best practices, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client relationship lead for a major law firm account, ensuring consistent, high-level communication, trust, and strategic alignment between the client and Innovative Driven
Act as a consultative partner to client stakeholders, advising on process optimization, technology solutions, and eDiscovery best practices tailored to their specific workflows
Oversee Managed Services accounts and serve as assigned clients’ primary point of contact during shift
Initiate project kick-off calls and ensure project is kept within budget, scope, and expected timeline
Consult and provide expertise to internal and external stakeholders regarding best practices in EDRM
Provide and document final quality control and assurance measures on key client deliverables
Ensure that quality control SOPs are implemented, and standards are met for all project deliverables
Develop and execute project plans that guarantee successful completion and on-time delivery of project tasks
Execute and/or delegate incoming client requests within the Innovative Driven Managed Services team
Distribute project reports and key metrics based on internal and external client requirements
Provide and maintain accurate, proactive, and concise communication and record keeping on all project details, such as tracking logs, project specifications, case reports, and project deliverables
Qualification
Required
Experience in an eDiscovery Project Management role
Extensive, hands-on, daily work in Relativity
Experience with processing and technology-assisted review technologies
Ability to serve as the primary client relationship lead for a major law firm account
Strong communication skills for consistent, high-level communication with clients
Ability to act as a consultative partner to client stakeholders
Experience in advising on process optimization and technology solutions
Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices tailored to specific workflows
Ability to oversee Managed Services accounts
Experience in initiating project kick-off calls
Ability to keep projects within budget, scope, and expected timeline
Expertise in EDRM best practices
Ability to provide and document final quality control and assurance measures
Experience in implementing quality control SOPs and standards for project deliverables
Ability to develop and execute project plans for successful completion
Experience in executing and/or delegating incoming client requests
Ability to distribute project reports and key metrics
Proactive and concise communication and record keeping on project details
