Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the services and systems provided by Value Based Programs through subordinate supervisors and staff

Identify, quantify, and provide holistic analysis on ARMC's quality metrics, dependent upon assignment

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Nursing or closely related field

Four (4) years of management or administrative experience in a Designated Public Hospital (DPH) supporting Value Based Programs

Experience must include two (2) years as a full-scope supervisor or lead over professional staff

Preferred

Ten (10) or more years of experience that includes: Supporting Value Based Programs with at least four (4) years in a Designated Public Hospital

Five (5) or more years of leadership experience, which includes experience leading Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Quality Incentive Pool (QIP) Program and Pay for Performance (P4P) programs
