Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination with the Systems Engineering Training office, HR Talent Development, and corporate IT to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables

Curriculum Modularization to tailor current curriculum for asynchronous, self-paced learning

Assessment Development to design quizzes and knowledge checks for each module

Platform Integration to upload learning content on the corporate learning management platform

Feedback & Iteration to collect feedback on content clarity, platform usability, and learning effectiveness

Qualification

Project planningOrganizational skillsCommunicationEducation experienceCurriculum development

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: STEM Education, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or Management Information Systems

Strong communication, project planning, and organizational skills

Preferred

Double major or minor in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related would be a bonus

Previous education experience would be preferred
